Cancellation & Refunds

1. Digital Product Policy

All purchases are for digital goods (books, scripts, apps). Once delivered, refunds are generally not provided.

2. When Refunds Are Considered

• Duplicate payment (accidental double charge)
• Payment succeeded but download link not delivered within 24 hours
• Corrupted or inaccessible file with no working replacement provided

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after successful delivery
• Compatibility issues when system requirements were not met
• Use of product in violation of license terms

4. How to Request

Email support@hanubot.it.com with your order ID, payment ID, and issue description. We respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to your bank/issuer timelines.
