Downloads are available immediately after payment confirmation. If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, contact our support.
Download links remain active for 7 days. Licenses (where applicable) remain valid as per the product terms shared in your email.
If payment succeeds but you do not receive the download, email support@hanubot.it.com with your order ID. We will resend access within 24 hours.
